At Fiora’s Lashes, we currently ship across Pakistan only.

Order Confirmation

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch. Orders are processed only after confirmation.

Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days after confirmation.

Shipping Charges

  • PKR 99 shipping fee on orders with 1 item
  • Free shipping on orders with 2 or more items
  • Free shipping may also be offered during special promotions

Payment Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, or remote-area delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it, contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
